The PF3/5/7 series atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer is suitable for trace analysis of twelve elements including arsenic, mercury, selenium, lead, germanium, tin, antimony, bismuth, cadmium, tellurium, zinc, and gold in samples. Adopting a single peristaltic pump intermittent flow injection method, dual element dual channel simultaneous measurement.

PF3/5/7 series universal atomic fluorescence spectrophotometerBy adopting gas source sequential flow injection technology, dual beam optical structure, and information-based sample management system, the problem of poor durability of peristaltic pumps has been solved, and the problem of poor stability of super-resolution analysis instruments has been improved. This has achieved the construction mode of atomic fluorescence product technology without peristaltic pump maintenance and dual beam calibration.

Ground state atoms absorb energy from the light source and become excited states. Excited state atoms release the absorbed energy in the form of fluorescence during the deactivation process. The strength of this fluorescence signal is linearly related to the content of the analyte in the sample. Therefore, the content of the analyte in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity.
