Overview

The SIN-1000F sterilization recorder uses a special thermal printing recording method and advanced microprocessor control technology to achieve high recording clarity, receive thermal resistance Pt100 signals, and can record scale values, time, and the curve of each signal in real time on a 100mm wide paper grid printed by itself. The channel number is printed next to the trajectory of each channel. Alarm control values, system error correction, recording ruler, data printing interval, paper feed speed, printing depth and time parameters can be set through the keyboard, and the set parameters can be protected.

The SIN-1000 paper recorder adopts an imported fixed thermal head for printing and recording functions, with no ink consumption, no pen position error, and anti vibration. remember

The recorder is a universal signal input that can record all on-site signals such as temperature, temperature and humidity, current, voltage, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, etc.

The SIN-1000 paper recorder is currently widely used in industries and research institutions such as metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, chemical, power, and electricity.

The combination of recorder and on-site instruments:

1. Install a flow meter to measure and record on-site flow signals.

2. Equipped with a pressure transmitter to measure and record pressure signals on site.

3. Equipped with temperature sensors to measure and record temperature signals on site.

4. Distribution quantity transmitter, capable of measuring and recording on-site electrical signals.

5. Equipped with a liquid level transmitter to measure and record on-site liquid level signals.

6. Install a temperature and humidity transmitter to measure and record temperature and humidity signals on site.

Input signal: Type II standard signal: (0~10) mA, (0~5) V.

Type III standard signal: (4~20) mA, (1~5) V.

6 types of thermocouples: B, E, J, K, S, T.

3 types of thermal resistors: Pt100, Cu50, Cu100.

Other non-standard signals: (0-20) mV, (0-50) mV, (0-100) mV.

Alarm output: Relay contact capacity: 24VDC, 3A; 220VAC, 3A

Each channel alarm can select upper limit, lower limit, difference upper limit, and difference lower limit

The alarm hysteresis of each channel can be set, and there is an indicator light to prompt when the relay is activated
