Parallel synthesis reactor

1. All sites are arranged in a circular pattern for easy access and observation of each reactor

2. There are two types: tubular and flask

3. The tube type is a 12 position parallel synthesizer

4. The flask type is a 6-digit parallel synthesizer

5. The 12 position parallel synthesizer is suitable for reactions within 1-20ml

6. The 6-digit parallel synthesizer is compatible with round bottom flasks of different volumes within the range of 5-250ml at each site

7. Temperature range of parallel synthesizer: normal temperature~180 ℃

8. Optional low-temperature module for reactions below room temperature, with a temperature of up to -78 ℃

9. The top of the instrument is equipped with a central centralized gas path, which can simultaneously or separately vacuum/fill 6/12 reaction sites with inert gas

10. There is no need to use traditional glass condenser tubes. The top of the machine is equipped with a built-in cooling coil, which can circulate low-temperature cooling water and condense and reflux 6/12 reaction sites simultaneously

11. The PTFE burn bottle cap with chemical corrosion resistance adopts a 1/4 thread design, which facilitates quick tightening of the reaction cap and avoids slipping

12. Use the same magnetic stirrer to provide heating and stirring for 6/12 reactors, ensuring the parallelism of the experiment

13. The 6-digit parallel synthesizer can be equipped with an overhead stirring module, which can simultaneously mechanically stir 6 reaction sites using the same overhead stirrer. It is suitable for experiments with high sample viscosity or crystallization
