4、 Usage and precautions
1. Please place the peeling machine on a spacious and flat surface for operation.
Before use, check whether all fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, and whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing. The shell stripping machine should be placed on a stable ground.
After the motor is started, the direction of rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the machine. First, let it idle for a few minutes and observe for any abnormal noise. Only after it runs normally, can the peanuts be fed evenly.
4. When feeding peanuts, they should be fed evenly and in moderation, without any impurities such as iron filings or stones, to prevent breaking the peanuts and causing mechanical failure. When the peanut covers the sieve surface, the rice outlet switch can be turned on.
5. Choose a suitable sieve according to the size of the peanuts.
6. The width of the feeding port is generally adjusted to around 3.5 centimeters (which can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the peanut variety), and uniform feeding should be maintained when peeling peanuts.
7. When assembling the vibrating screen, the bottom rod nut of the vibrating screen should be tightened, and the tail of the rod should generally be kept at a length of 2 centimeters.
8. If the peanuts with shells are too dry, the damage rate during peeling will increase accordingly. At this time, the peanut shell can be evenly soaked with water and left for a few hours before peeling to achieve the desired effect.
When operating, do not stand on the side of the belt drive to avoid injury. Do not reach your hands into mechanical operating parts such as motors, hair dryers, the inside of protective covers, and deep feeding ports to avoid injury.
10. After using the machine for a period of time, when preparing to store it, the dust, dirt on its surface, and residual grains inside should be cleaned, and the belt should be removed and stored separately. Clean all parts of the bearings with diesel, dry them and apply butter. The machine should be covered and placed in a dry warehouse to avoid direct sunlight and rain.
11. It should be ensured that there is sufficient lubricating oil in the transmission parts and bearings, and they should be cleaned and replaced regularly.
