Pharmaceutical Factory Odor Gas TVOC, H2S, NH3 Online Monitoring and Pre treatment System

Background: In response to the requirements of environmental protection departments, online monitoring of odorous gases emitted from the environmental exhaust of pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, and other factory areas is being carried out;

Explanation: Due to the high temperature (above 100 degrees Celsius) and humidity of the exhaust gas emitted on site, direct measurement by sensors will affect its service life. Therefore, an SA-8000 pre-treatment system is installed, with a built-in air pump to extract the exhaust gas to the monitoring system for cooling, dehumidification, and other operations. The exhaust gas is then transported to the SA-3002 chamber for harmful factor detection, and the detected signal is centrally monitored through a 4-20mA signal.
