2、 Control Panel Description

5. Jogging: The probe is only clicked once to observe whether the sample button is perpendicular to the probe position

6. Startup: The machine starts working

3. Operation steps:

1. Turn on the power switch, install the tested product, adjust the button above the probe, and secure the probe. Set the stroke of the test button by adjusting the handwheel, and at the same time, press the inch switch to check whether the probe and button positions are adjusted properly;

2. Set the testing times for the counter according to product requirements;

3. Adjust the testing speed according to product requirements at the same time; (Left rotation of the speed controller is slow, right rotation is fast)

4. Press the start switch to start the machine for testing and adjust the testing speed;

5. When the number of tests reaches, the machine stops running;

6. Turn off the power of the machine and remove the sample.

4. Result judgment:

Maintenance matters

1. The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use,
