Intelligent Welding Control System

The SmartWeld software system is a self-developed system whose main function is to deeply integrate robots, welding machines, external sensors, and other devices to achieve intelligent programming and control of robots and welding systems based on external inputs for intelligent welding. The system has two modes: mature camera assisted manual recognition welding intelligent programming function and 3D digital modeling intelligent recognition of welds and generation of welding programs based on 3D digital modeling software development. The system software can automatically identify weld seams and plan welding sequences in any way, and then generate robot welding programs through the model. Then, the line laser sensor is activated to scan the weld seams to be welded on the workpiece, driving the robot to weld according to the planned path without any on-site teaching work, achieving one click start of automatic welding.
SmartWeld software can plan the welding sequence of workpieces arbitrarily and select the welding foot size of workpieces arbitrarily. This software itself has a set of welding expert basic process libraries.
The software is deployed on a PC system, which can be placed in any location and remotely controlled through wireless routing, allowing for direct operation of on-site equipment for welding in the office.
