PicoChipTMThe chromatographic column spray needle is a novel comprehensive solution that combines nano upgraded electronic injection needle, nano upgraded separation column, high-voltage contact, automatic sampler, and infusion pipeline to form a set of devices. This comfortable design makes operation exceptionally easy and eliminates the risk of damage to the electronic injection needle or chromatographic column. Each column is changed to a new high-voltage contact mode, which means uniform and stable spray ionization. The pre assembly and testing of components in the production environment can ensure that customers receive reliable results in the laboratory.
On PicoChipTMThe core has the same chromatographic column as PicoFrit, with thousands of different specifications. Customers can specify the inner diameter of the chromatographic column, needle tip opening diameter, packing, and column bed length.
The analysis column and voltage connector are installed inside a PicoChip made of PEEK material. Fix the PicoChip onto the magnetic bracket of the PicoChip source and align the voltage connectors inside the PicoChip with those on the bracket.After inserting the voltage key into the PicoChip body, a high voltage is applied to the chromatography column, and the tip of the chromatography column is extended from the PicoChip body, ready for use.PicoFrit
PicoChipThe ordering method is the same as ordering PicoFrit chromatography columns, which requires specifying the column inner diameter ID, needle tip ID, packing, and column bed length up to 10cm. Unless otherwise specified, the inner diameter of the connecting capillary (Pigtail) and the inner diameter of the chromatography column are the same.

PicoChipThe chromatographic column spray needle is generally installed in a single unit, with a column bed length of 105 mm; use the selected packing code instead of XXXX, and use the needle tip ID instead of # #. Unless otherwise specified, the ID of the connecting capillary is the same as the ID of the chromatographic column, with a length of 50cm.
