YC-019 pilot scale spray dryer is an innovative product of spray drying developed by Shanghai Yacheng Instrument&Equipment Co., Ltd. for many years. It is a revolutionary new product developed against the defects of the current pilot scale spray dryer, such as large volume, high noise, high power, low recovery rate, and inconvenient operation. It is an upgraded version of YC-018. It is a new type of spray dryer that can be used in laboratory pilot scale tests. The whole machine occupies only one square meter and is very quiet during operation, with a particularly high recycling rate. It can be turned on with one click and operated on a large color LCD touch screen. It can be operated in either automatic or manual monitoring modes, making it convenient for operation and monitoring of the experimental process.

3) YC-019 pilot scale spray dryer is a combination of low temperature and ultra-high temperature: the maximum air inlet temperature of the equipment can reach 350 ° C, meeting the drying requirements of ultra-high temperature, such as ceramics and other materials; The lowest air inlet temperature can be as low as 105 ° C, which is especially suitable for spray drying of sugar containing materials such as traditional Chinese medicine and natural product extracts. When dry, it does not stick to the wall, and the material after drying has good fluidity;

3、 Scope of application

YC-019 mini laboratory spray granulator is mainly applicable to the production of micro particle powder (1~100 microns) in universities, research institutes and food, pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise laboratories. It has broad spectrum applicability to all solutions, such as emulsion and suspension, and is suitable for drying heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Since the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperature when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.
