The laser detector projects a laser halo that perfectly matches the shape of the pipeline inside, which is received and imaged by the pipeline robot, and generates a detailed inspection report on the internal condition of the pipeline.
The application scope ranges from underground drainage systems to pipelines, process pipelines, and even vertical pipelines such as flare chimneys. It can help with the acceptance of new pipelines, the inspection of currently operating pipelines, and the detection of internal conditions after pipeline repairs.
Composed of laser head and laser software, functional principle:
1. The laser head emits laser light and emits a halo on the pipe wall;
2. Analyze the recorded video data through CCTV video recording and analysis software for the movement of halos inside the pipeline.
