Plastic is a synthetic polymer compound, also known as polymer or macromolecules, commonly referred to as plastics or resin, which can freely change its shape. It is a material synthesized or condensed from monomer raw materials, composed of synthetic resins and additives such as fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, pigments, etc.
The material of the plastic storage tanks we produce is polyethylene. Polyethylene, abbreviated as PE, is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerizing ethylene. In industry, it also includes copolymers of ethylene with small amounts of alpha olefins. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, and feels like wax. It has excellent low-temperature resistance (with a minimum operating temperature of -70~-100 ℃), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to oxidizing acids). It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, has low water absorption, and excellent electrical insulation performance.
Plastic storage tanks (polyethylene) have the characteristics of good integrity, high strength, no welds (the polyethylene storage tank body, inlet and outlet, and flange are all integrally formed without welds, eliminating the problem of chemical liquid leakage), no leakage, impact resistance, good toughness, light weight, long service life, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, compliance with hygiene standards, multiple specifications and varieties, and low price. Especially corrosion-resistant, long-lasting, and large-sized varieties have significant advantages. It is an ideal product for storing various corrosive chemical liquids and semi-solid materials.
