1、 Introduction
The BX-100 portable microscope is the lightest metallographic microscope used on site. The center of gravity of the instrument body structure is stable and easy to focus. The instrument has clear imaging, a bright and uniform field of view, and comfortable observation. It is widely used for non-destructive testing and observation of materials in mechanical metallurgy and chemical engineering, especially suitable for on-site inspection and use in manufacturing workstations such as mesh boards and electronic circuit boards.

5、 Instrument usage method
Firstly, place the instrument on the sample being tested. When the lighting source button is pressed, the light source will turn on. Then hold the mirror tightly with one hand and observe on the eyepiece. If it is not clear, rotate the focusing knob until it is clear.
6、 Maintenance
1. The maintenance of this instrument is the same as other microscopes, and it needs to be placed in a cool, dry, dust-free, acid-base, and steam free place.
2. All object lenses and eyepieces have been calibrated and cannot be disassembled by themselves. Mechanical structures cannot be disassembled by themselves to avoid affecting the alignment of the optical path and damaging the imaging quality.
3. If there is dirt on the mirror surface, use degreasing cotton dipped in alcohol mixture 20/80 alcohol * * cleaning solution to gently wipe it off. Be careful not to touch oil stains on optical components frequently.
4. Place the microscope inside the box or cover it with a cover when not in use.
