Place the valve packaging bag on the feeding nozzle, press the "allow addition" button, and the bag pressing cylinder will start working and press the bag mouth. The controller will automatically remove the weight of the packaging bag, and the arch breaking motor will slowly rotate to ensure smooth feeding. The feeding screw rotates rapidly at high speed to pour the material into the bag. The dust that overflows with the air in the bag is sucked away by the dust collector through the vacuum cleaner. The vibration device also starts to compact the material in the bag on the tray and fill the bag corner. When the feeding speed reaches the set value, the feeding screw slows down and slowly increases. When the set value is reached, the feeding stops. The error is less than 0.3%. At this time, the bag pressing cylinder releases the bag opening, and the bag flipping cylinder flips the tray, flipping the material over on the belt conveyor and sending it out in a timely manner.
