The ZC-HY constant pressure variable frequency water supply equipment adopts pneumatic water supply. Using a sealed tank and utilizing the high-pressure gas water pressure inside the tank to achieve the purpose of water supply. The specific working sequence is that the water pump presses water into the tank through a check valve, compressing the gas inside the tank and gradually increasing the pressure. When the pressure reaches the specified upper limit, the electric contact pressure gauge automatically stops the pump through the control cabinet. The water pressure in the equipment is higher than the external pipe network pressure, and it automatically sends water to the water supply pipe network. When the water level inside the tank drops and the gas expansion pressure inside the tank decreases to the specified lower limit position, the electric contact pressure gauge restarts the water pump through the control cabinet. Repeat this process repeatedly, causing the equipment to continuously supply water. When the gas in the tank is insufficient, the gas replenishment valve can automatically replenish the gas.

Device Mode
(1) Control mode of steady current compensator and vacuum suppressor
When the municipal water supply network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal water supply network, the vacuum suppressor opens and air enters the steady flow compensator, turning the originally closed compensator into a cut-off water tank to suppress negative pressure. In addition, liquid level control is set in the steady flow compensator. When it is lower than the low level, the water pump stops working.
(2) Self controlled current limiting mode
When the municipal water supply network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal water supply network, the feedback of pressure sensing signals is used to limit the frequency converter, so that the water pump does not take excessive water. When the municipal water supply network meets the requirements, the system returns to normal.
