Fiberglass reinforced septic tank refers to a specialized equipment made of synthetic resin as the matrix and glass fiber reinforced material for treating domestic sewage. Mainly suitable for domestic sewage purification and treatment equipment in industrial enterprise living areas, urban residential areas, rural housing and other civil buildings. Fiberglass septic tanks are environmentally friendly composite materials actively promoted by the country. The septic tanks produced by the company are all designed according to the technical requirements of CJ/T409-2012 Fiberglass septic tanks and the 03S702 atlas. They are produced using a new generation of computer-controlled and integral mold winding equipment. The products have the advantages of light weight, high strength, good toughness, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, bright colors, high smoothness, and short production cycle, far exceeding similar products made of ceramics, steel, hard plastics, concrete and other materials.

Performance advantages of glass reinforced plastic septic tank products
1、 No leakage: The product is formed using high-strength acid and alkali resistant materials such as glass fiber and organic resin, with good sealing and stable chemical properties. It solves the problem of brick septic tanks not being acid and alkali resistant and prone to cracking, which can pollute groundwater, ensuring the sustainable operation of septic tanks and the function of anaerobic digestion.
2、 High compressive strength: The product has a reasonable structural design, uniform compression, and a horizontal cylindrical shape, which increases the compressive strength several times compared to polygons and squares.
3、 Easy installation and construction: excavate the foundation pit according to the drawings, lift the fiberglass septic tank into the appropriate position inside the pit, and install it within one day. The construction is not affected by climate, greatly eliminating safety hazards such as long construction period and pit foundation collapse of traditional septic tanks.
4、 Good processing effect and long cleaning cycle: Our company's product compartment board adopts a staggered design with upper and lower layers, replacing the traditional straight flashing with a circulating flashing, ensuring smooth substrate transfer. The application of anaerobic biological packing and membrane packing systems in sedimentation tanks has intercepted more microbial biomass, and the sewage treatment capacity has been more than doubled compared to traditional septic tanks of the same volume.
5、 Long service life: The product is made of high-quality fiberglass composite materials, which have the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, compression resistance, impact resistance, and high strength. The service life can be synchronized with the building life, up to 50 years or more.

6、 Small footprint: The layout size of the foundation pit can be increased by 300mm on each side according to the diameter of the tank body, saving more than 50% of the site compared to traditional septic tanks of the same model.
7、 Economical and practical: Glass reinforced concrete septic tanks adopt a new technology, industrialized, mechanized, and mass-produced, reducing production costs. The price is more than 20% lower than traditional reinforced concrete septic tanks, and it is an environmentally friendly product vigorously promoted by urban construction departments.
8、 Environmental Protection: The product is formed by mechanical molds, with no seams, no leakage, no blockage, good sealing, no odor, no overflow, no breeding of mosquitoes and flies, and no pollution of groundwater quality.
