Five; refrigeration system
The design of the refrigeration system applies energy regulation technology, which can ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration machine, and effectively regulate the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, so as to maintain the operating state of the refrigeration system. By using the Balanced Temperature Control (BTHC) method, the control system automatically calculates the output of the heater based on the set temperature point through PID calculation when the refrigeration system is working continuously, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance. The refrigeration unit adopts a stacked binary refrigeration system.
The control system adopts the original imported Chinese TEMI880 dedicated temperature program controller to control and adjust the temperature inside the test chamber, and automatically determine the working status of the executing components (such as heaters, compressors, fans, etc.).

6、 Air conditioning system
1. Air control method: Emphasize circulating ventilation and Balanced Temperature Control (BTC). This method refers to the control system controlling the output of the heater based on the set temperature point through PID automatic calculation output under continuous operation of the refrigeration system, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance.
2. Air circulation device: Built in circulation air duct and long axis ventilation fan, using efficient refrigeration and energy regulation system. Effective heat exchange is achieved through efficient ventilation fan to achieve temperature change. By improving the airflow of the air, the air flow rate and the heat exchange capacity of the heater and air cooler are increased. The temperature uniformity of the test chamber is greatly improved by adjusting the air outlet with adjustable air plugs
