1、 Structure introduction:
1. The outer shell is made of high-quality steel plate surface baked paint, and the workshop is made of stainless steel plate. There are shelves made of two layers of stainless steel wire inside the room, and the middle layer is filled with fine glass wool for insulation.
2. The box door adopts a double-layer tempered glass door, which can clearly observe the heated items inside the box.
3. The connection between the studio and the box door is equipped with a heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure the sealing between the studio and the box door.
4. The power switch, power indicator light, air door adjustment knob, temperature controller and other operating components of the drying oven are all concentrated on the control panel in front of the box, located on the left front side of the box.
5. The internal heating constant temperature system mainly consists of an electric motor equipped with a centrifugal impeller, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure, and a temperature controller. When the power supply of the drying oven is turned on, the motor runs simultaneously, directly passing the heat generated by the electric heater located at the bottom of the oven through the air duct
It is discharged upwards, dried in the workshop, and then sucked into the fan for continuous circulation, thereby achieving uniform temperature in the workshop.
6. The air door regulator can adjust the amount of air entering and leaving the box by opening the air door adjustment knob.
