working principle

According to the schematic diagram of the measurement structure (taking constant inlet pressure as an example), it can be seen that:
The upward force acting on the elastic membrane is:
P2A+P1a . ............(1)
The upward force acting on the elastic membrane is:
P3A+P2a+F . ............(2)
When the pressure is in equilibrium, i.e.: (1)=(2) P2A+P1a=P3A+P2a+F... (3)
As the differential pressure P2-P3 of the pressure regulator diaphragm, we can obtain the following equation:
P2-P3=F/A-a/A(P1-P2). .......(4)
Due to a C (constant value)=P2-P3
When the measuring medium is an incompressible liquid, the RE pressure regulator can adapt to changes in outlet pressure. For equation (4), since P1 is constant and P3 is variable, P3 becomes: P3+Δ P, P2 becomes: P2+Δ P, so:
