Push plate kiln, also known as push plate furnace or push plate tunnel kiln, is a continuous heating and sintering equipment. According to the process requirements of the sintered product, the required temperature zone and power are arranged to form the thermal part of the equipment, meeting the heat demand of the product.
Heating method of push plate kiln:
The push plate kiln belongs to the category of small tunnel kilns, and the design of combustion chambers on both sides of the push plate kiln to use coal for heating and combustion is called a coal-fired push plate kiln; With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, many push plate kilns that use coal-fired heating have been converted to gas furnaces, using natural gas or coal gas for combustion heating. Natural gas combustion requires the installation of door mounted natural gas burners, which are costly and often limited by gas supply. Most of them rely on coal gas combustion, and are usually equipped with small gas generators to supply the combustion of the furnace. Push plate kilns are usually equipped with two to six separate coal gas burners on both sides or sides of the push plate kiln.
