QSI solder paste

1、 Product Introduction

QSI solder paste is a paste like chemical substance that plays two main roles in the welding process: "removing oxides" and "reducing the surface tension of the welded material". Widely used in clock instruments, precision components, medical equipment, stainless steel crafts, tableware, mobile communication, digital products, air conditioning and refrigerator refrigeration equipment, glasses, cutting tools, automotive heat sinks, and brazing of various PCB boards and BGA solder balls.

2、 Characteristics

Its appearance is like a butter like ointment. High bonding strength, neutral pH value, strong insulation, smooth welding surface. Suitable for soldering precision electronic chips such as mobile phones and PC boards.

3. Its boiling point is only slightly higher than the melting point of solder.

3、 The main function of soldering flux

(1) Remove the oxide on the surface of the base metal and liquid brazing material during the brazing process, creating conditions for the spreading of the liquid brazing material.

(2) Cover the surface of the base material and brazing material with a thin layer of liquid to isolate air and provide protection.

(3) Activate the interface and improve the wetting and spreading properties of liquid brazing materials on the surface of the base material.
