Regarding R23 (Freon 23) refrigerant
R23 refrigerant, also known as trifluoromethane (HFC-23), is a high-pressure liquefied gas that can be used as a low-temperature or ultra-low temperature refrigerant to replace CFCs (R13). It is commonly used in scientific refrigeration and medical refrigeration; R23 snow refrigerant is also an ideal substitute for gas fire extinguishing agent Halon 1301, with the characteristics of cleanliness, low toxicity, and good fire extinguishing agent effect.
