Precautions for testing:

• The storage conditions of paper tape and the temperature and humidity of the experimental site should be controlled within a certain range

• Is the cross-section of the O-ring of the testing instrument still circular, flattened, hardened, cracked, or has it been used for more than 6 months? If the last four situations occur, please replace the O-ring and test it

To protect the interests of users, the method for determining whether RCA paper is produced by Normantool company is introduced as follows:
Use Norman Tool Inc's original calibration plate for inspection. This calibration board has been calibrated on the master machine of Norman Tool and comes with a certificate indicating the number of turns required for the paper tape to be worn through the calibration board. When you need to purchase some calibration plates, you need to provide the serial number of your original RCA machine. Place the calibration plate in the position of the test sample, measure the number of turns required for the paper tape to wear through the coating on the calibration plate, and see if it matches the number of turns on the certificate. The allowable error for testing is within 5% -10%. If the test result of the paper tape exceeds 10% of the value indicated on the certificate, it can be judged as RCA paper not produced by Normantool Company in the United States.
