2D measurement

HIROX RH-2000 provides customers with precise and calibratable real-time on screen measurement functions, including length, area, angle, diameter, or area recognition measurements.
Built in optical encoder sensors and powerful software can eliminate human measurement errors. It can automatically select and display the currently used lens, interface, and ruler at any time.
In addition, the actual dimensions and measurement results can be saved together with the image or as a CSV file, or directly exported to EXCEL.
Automatic counting function

Advanced software computing logic can automatically detect and count the number of particles, based on contrast and color values: by clicking on particles with one mouse button, the system can automatically count the number of particles with the same color and provide detailed data reports.
Data analysis and EXCEL report

By quickly transferring images to a simple report generator, not only can time be saved, but customers can also obtain a report without having to organize data images. Multiple different templates are available for selection, and report templates can also be customized. The generated report can be printed, saved, or exported to other spreadsheet applications.
3D rapid modeling composition

When capturing 10 flat images, it only takes 1 second to complete and display a high-quality 3D model. The built-in stepper motor can complete faster, smoother, and more accurate Z-axis displacement stroke scanning, with an accuracy of 0.05 μ m/pulse and a stroke range of 30mm.

Just click on the 3D model to display the point height in real-time. With each click, the height value is displayed in the form of a label at the clicked position. The initial zero point position on the 3D model can be set to the standard default position or a new reference position can be customized. The point height measurement value can be displayed on both 2D and 3D rendered images.

3D model information can be displayed in primary colors, pseudocolors, and wireframes, maximizing the restoration and display of surface details on the 3D model. Primary and false colors can also be mixed and displayed on 3D models.

By simply adjusting the position of the cross-section, the information of the 3D object can be visualized and measured: creating a cross-section is like a virtual vertical plane crossing a surface, and precise measurements can be made.

Volume and area can be measured on 3D objects by adjusting the horizontal plane position up and down, and then clicking on the part to be measured to obtain the measurement results.

By using the profile measurement function, it is very convenient to measure the radius value of any place on a 3D object, by drawing three points into a circle or choosing the 2-line intersection method to measure the angle size at any place.

Powerful 3D software can accurately measure line roughness, and the measurement results are displayed simultaneously as Ra, Rz, and Rjis (ISO4287:1997). The evaluation length/filtering measurement length/offset length (Cutoff length) are available for selection.
Real time 3D stitching - creating 3D images with a larger field of view.
In optical systems, 3D images are formed in a vertical image stacking manner, with the characteristic of full frame focusing.
However, this approach is not feasible at low magnification because the depth of field is too large. So far, altitude information can only be collected through the vertical direction.

By allowing users to continuously stack the depth of field, the focus between different levels of planes can be freely adjusted and moved. Users can create a high-resolution panoramic deep image, just like the large depth of field effect of taking pictures at low magnification.

Design an incredible rotatable three lens integrated lens. The built-in dual illumination mechanism provides coaxial and circular illumination. Users can freely choose a lighting or dark field mixing method to apply to a variety of different samples. The lighting system is now fully integrated into the lens and does not require additional cables.

This classic conventional lens can be equipped with multiple optical adapters. The rotary head adapter with additional global patented design allows for 360 ° electric motor rotary side view observation, and the tilt angle of the side view can be adjusted. High performance shock resistant bracket
A high-performance lens requires a high-performance shock-absorbing bracket to operate and display the power of the lens. The operator operates the lens through a bracket, which means that the bracket must have high precision and be easy to use.
By combining the bracket and electric motor bracket head (0.05 μ m/pulse), 3D modeling and height measurement can be achieved immediately.
