1、 Product features:
The RV-03 series horizontal positive displacement heat exchanger (water heater, heat exchanger) is designed according to the national building standard design drawings, 16S122 "Selection and Installation of Water Heaters". Design, produce, and manufacture domestic hot water heat exchange and storage equipment.
There are the following performance characteristics:
◆ Adopting small tube diameter heat exchange tube bundle and secondary heat exchange of heat medium;
Adopting a new type of heat exchange tube bundle, multiple processes, and high utilization rate of heat medium;
◆ Heat medium has a large cooling effect and high thermal efficiency;
The cold water area is small, with a volume utilization rate of about 90%;

The RV03 series has a capacity integration of 1.5m³～15m³There are a total of 6 specifications, and each specification can be based on the type of heating source in the tube side: steam or high-temperature hot water. Each model is divided into three types of heat exchange areas: A, B, and C, according to different heat exchange capacities, to meet the needs of hot water in different working conditions. At the same time, customized non-standard designs can also be provided according to the specific requirements of the project.

This series of heat exchangers is widely used for centralized supply of domestic hot water in general civil and public buildings, such as hospitals, hotels, airports, schools, staff dormitories, sports halls, residential areas, etc. Compared with other similar heat exchangers, it has the characteristics of small footprint, energy saving, and reliable operation.
