Variable speed multipurpose oscillator is a biochemical instrument for cultivating and preparing biological samples. It is an indispensable experimental equipment for scientific research, education, and production departments such as plants, organisms, microorganisms, biological products, genetics, viruses, medicine, and environmental protection. The instrument is floor standing, with a heavy core and stable and reliable operation during continuous reciprocating oscillation. Its main features include a universal spring bottle rack, which is particularly suitable for the cultivation and preparation of various biological samples for experiments; Equipped with mechanical timing; Stepless speed regulation, simple operation, and safety.

2、 Instructions for use:

1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

3. Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position.

4. Fill the culture test bottle. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5. Select timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

6. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed knob to the desired speed. Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the minimum position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.

3、 Maintenance and upkeep methods

1. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, etc. that have fallen onto the motor and control components, and to check for loose fastening screws.

2. The bearings of the instrument transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease before leaving the factory（1During continuous operation, the instrument should be lubricated with grease every six months, with a filling amount of approximately one-third of the bearing space.

3. If the instrument is used for an extended period of time, natural wear and tear is a normal phenomenon. If abnormal sounds are found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose, and other faults are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. Do not use it with "illness".
