1If the conveyor is a hoist or an inclined climbing conveyor, it should be lifted with an angle during transportation. It is recommended to add horizontal baffles and anti slip partitions on the conveyor belt as much as possible.

2If the inclined lifting conveying method is used to transport round balls or round steel, it is necessary not to use a silent toothed chain conveyor. The conveying surface of the silent toothed chain conveyor and the silent toothed chain conveyor is smooth, and the conveyed object will slide down, making it impossible to lift and transport.

3The best solution for conveying hot forged parts with slopes is to use chain plate conveyors, chain rod conveyors, followed by precision roller chain conveyors. Silent toothed chain belts or silent toothed chain conveyors should not be used.

4When customers order forging conveyors, they must inform the supplier that they are transporting round steel, circular rings, or steel balls. If these are circular cylinders or spheres, the supplier will pay attention to adding horizontal baffles and anti slip isolation baffles when designing the conveyor belt.

5If the hot forged parts are too large and heavy, it is recommended not to use roller chain conveyors. Roller chains are heat-treated, and if the red hot metal parts are left on the chain for a long time, it will anneal the chain and cause a decrease in chain life.
