3. The hot plate edge adopts hydraulic automatic top iron, and the pad iron on both sides of the hot plate moves forward and backward simultaneously under the action of four oil cylinders; Both ends of the hot plate are equipped with anti pad iron overlap devices.

8. Mold opening assistance mechanism: During mold opening, the four oil cylinders located under the platform are activated to forcefully pull down the platform, preventing the phenomenon of sticking to the pot and unable to open the mold.
When maintaining the vulcanizing machine, the following issues should be noted:
1. The storage environment of the vulcanizing machine should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid electrical circuit moisture caused by humidity;
2. Do not use the vulcanizing machine outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electrical control box and heating plate;
3. If the working environment is humid and wet, when dismantling and transporting the vulcanizing machine, it should be elevated with objects on the ground and not allowed to come into direct contact with water;
4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, the manufacturer should be contacted for repair first. If emergency repairs are needed, open the cover plate on the heating plate, pour out the water first, then set the electrical control box to manual operation, heat it to 100 ℃, maintain a constant temperature for half an hour, dry the circuit, and perform belt bonding in manual mode. At the same time, timely contact should be made with the manufacturer to carry out overall replacement of the circuit;
5. When the vulcanizing machine is not in use for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half month (set at 100 ℃) and maintained at the temperature for about half an hour;
6. After each use, the water inside the water pressure plate should be drained completely, especially in winter. If the water cannot be drained completely, it often leads to premature aging of the rubber of the water pressure plate and a decrease in its service life;
The correct way to release water is to do it after the vulcanization insulation is completed and before disassembling the vulcanizing machine. If water is drained after disassembling the machine, it may cause the water in the water pressure plate to be unable to be discharged.
