The SB-2100 series integrator adopts a 12864 graphic dot matrix LCD display, which can measure the mass flow rate, heat flow rate, thermal difference, standard volume flow rate, etc. of the medium through a fully Chinese menu setting. It consists of five models: 2100A, 2100D, 2100H, 2100V, and 2100W. Among them, 2100A is a universal model suitable for measuring the flow rate, heat, etc. of saturated steam, superheated steam, hot water, and general gases; 2100D adds protocol metering function on the basis of 2100A, which can perform protocol metering on traffic exceeding the set range; 2100H is used for measuring the inlet and outlet heat difference of saturated steam, hot water, or hot oil according to the national urban construction industry standard CJ 128-2000; 2100V is a matching accumulator used for V-shaped cone flow meters; 2100W is a matching accumulator used for bend tube flow meters.

Main performance indicators:

1. Traffic input signal:

Receive 0-10mA and 4-20mA current signals from differential pressure transmitters and electromagnetic flow meters, or 0-5000Hz frequency signals from vortex flow meters.

Note: ① Standard for frequency signal: V low ≤ 1V, V high ≥ 5V

② Range of receiving frequency: 0-5000Hz HH

2. Pressure input signal (compensation signal):

Receive current signals of 0~10 mA or 4~20mA from pressure transmitters.

3. Temperature input signal (compensation signal):

It can receive current signals from temperature transmitters ranging from 0~10 mA or 4~20mA, as well as resistance signals from Pt100 platinum resistors.

4. Output signal (to be equipped according to user ordering requirements):

According to the changes in instantaneous flow rate and the set upper and lower limits of flow rate, output a current of 4~20mA. The output current of SB-2100H is proportional to the instantaneous thermal difference.

10. Report query function:

You can query the daily and monthly cumulative volume reports for the past year, as well as the last 20 power outage records, cumulative outage time, and cumulative outage frequency.

11. Forced restoration accuracy function:

12. Protocol measurement (unique to SB-2100D):

① Protocol lower limit: Any flowmeter has a minimum flow rate that guarantees accuracy. If the flow rate further decreases, sensitivity loss (such as vortex flowmeter) or being cut off as a small signal will occur, which is unfavorable for the supplier. Therefore, to prevent the loss of benefits, the supply and demand parties can agree on a certain flow rate as the "flow lower limit". When the actual flow rate is less than the agreed value, the measurement will be based on the agreed value (note: when the flow rate stops or the flow signal is less than the set small signal cut-off value, this instrument still measures zero).

② Protocol upper limit: In order to encourage users to plan their energy consumption and operate within the set range, the supply and demand parties can agree on a certain flow as the "flow upper limit" and agree on the "protocol coefficient". When the actual flow exceeds the agreed "flow upper limit", the excess will be measured by multiplying the value by the protocol coefficient. For example, if the agreed "flow limit" is 100 tons/hour and the "agreement coefficient" is 2, when the actual flow rate is 150 tons/hour, this instrument will display 200 tons/hour (100+(150-100) × 2)

The calculation results inside the machine and the data set by the user will not be lost during power outage, and will be saved for more than ten years.
