SC type standard cylinder

【SC cylinder】Usage requirements:
【1】 The normal working conditions of the cylinder are: the medium and ambient temperature are generally -20~80 ℃, and the working pressure is generally 0.1~1.0MPa. Please refer to the technical parameter tables for various types of cylinders for specific conditions.
【2】 Before installation, the test should be conducted at 1.5 times the working pressure and there should be no air leakage.
【3】 An oil mist device should be installed at the inlet of the installed air source to facilitate lubrication during operation. Reasonable lubrication of cylinders is extremely important, as poor lubrication often leads to crawling and even malfunction.
【4】 When installing, pay attention to the direction of movement, and the piston rod is not allowed to bear eccentric or lateral loads.
【5】 When the load changes during travel, a cylinder with sufficient output force should be used and an additional buffer device should be added.
【6】 Do not use full stroke, especially when the piston rod is extended, do not let the piston collide with the cylinder head. Otherwise, it is easy to cause damage to parts such as pistons and cylinder heads.
