I. Overview
The SDK-8 intelligent street lamp controller adopts the most advanced computer control technology from abroad. Based on the seasonal changes, it applies latitude and longitude algorithms to calculate the sunrise and sunset times. It has a function of adjusting the on/off time and is combined with light control to adapt to the needs of different geographical environments; It is the best time controller for streetlights, advertising light boxes, neon lights and other equipment; It can be widely used in all places that require time control, such as streets, railways, stations, waterways, industrial and mining areas, schools, and power supply departments.
2、 Functional Features
1. Adopting advanced foreign microprocessor chips, it has high reliability, small error, and strong stability.
2. Equipped with power-off data storage, the clock operates continuously without the need for battery replacement, maintaining clock operation for over ten years.
3. Calculate the switch time based on latitude and longitude, and control it reasonably with seasonal changes, with a minimum step size of 1 minute.
4. Adopting LCD display for year, month, day, hour, and minute, with backlight for convenient night observation and operation.
5. It has the function of selecting the number of channels, which can be easily set to 1, 2, or 3 control channels.
6. Working mode 0: User sets the on/off light time, with a light on range from 00:00 to 23:59; Turn off the lights within the range of 00:00 to 23:59.
7. Working mode 1: The switch time is controlled by latitude and longitude, and the light off time for channels 2 and 3 can be set from 00:00 to 23:59.
8. Working mode 2: The latitude and longitude control time is controlled by light control within plus or minus 30 minutes. The light off time for channels 2 and 3 can be set from 00:00 to 23:59.
9. Working mode 3: Light intensity control switch light, the time for turning off lights for 2 or 3 channels can be set from 00:00 to 23:59.
10. Equipped with independent maintenance buttons to facilitate the maintenance of electrical equipment or the need for major celebrations.
11. Strong anti-interference ability, able to withstand interference pulses with an amplitude of up to 2000 volts directly input from the power grid.

4、 Installation instructions
1. Fix the street lamp controller on the control cabinet or control board, with the input terminal live wire connected to the phase wire (A) and the neutral wire connected to the neutral wire (N). Due to the lack of fuses inside the streetlight controller, corresponding fuse tubes need to be connected to the input terminal phase lines.
2. Connect the output terminal to one end J1 of the contactor. If the voltage of the relay coil is 380V, connect the other end J2 of the coil to a different phase line (B phase or C phase); If the voltage of the relay coil is 220V, the other end J2 neutral wire can be directly connected.
5、 Usage method

1. Connect the power and the display shows:

Two seconds later, it will display:
Hour: Minute mode
Year month date represents the current time and date.

3. If the user wants to perform maintenance operations, they can directly press "Maintenance",

Press' Maintenance 'again to exit the maintenance state, and the recovery time will be displayed as:
Hour: Minute mode
Year month date indicates that the maintenance status has been exited and the controller has resumed automatic operation.
4. PressKey, hour display cursor, indicating that the current time value is in a state of pending modification, pressOrCan be modified.
5. Same as the operation in item 4, press、OrYou can modify the minute, year, month, and date in sequence.
6. After modifying the time interface, pressPress the key to enter the route selection interface, which displays:
Output-n indicates that n control channels are currently selected, pressOrIt can be modified within the range of 1-3. The default is 3, which means three-way control.
7. After modifying the route selection interface, pressKey, display:
Mode-n indicates that the system is currently controlled according to the nth set of parameters, which can be modified by pressing or, with a range of 0-3. The default state is 1, which means it is in the first set of latitude and longitude control state.
8. If Mode 1 is selected, that is, when Mode-1 is displayed, pressKey, display:

Close 00 represents the fine adjustment time for the on/off light, ranging from -90 to+90, with a default state of 00.
Modifying the fine-tuning time can simultaneously change the daily light on/off time.
9. Press againPress the key to set the 2nd and 3rd turn off time, and the display will show:

3 Close hours: Minutes indicate that the turning off time for the 2nd and 3rd routes needs to be modified.
pressKeyKey orThe key can be used to sequentially modify the hour and minute values of the two-way switch, as well as the hour and minute values of the three-way switch. The modification is complete,
PressThe key returns to display the current time interface, and the system enters automatic operation mode. The time values for the second and third passes are between 00:00 and 23:59.
10. If mode 0 is selected, that is, when Mode-0 is displayed, pressKey, display:

Close 06:00 indicates the current opening and closing time of the first channel. PressSwitch cursor, pressOrChange the time.
If the modification is complete, press the "Maintenance" button to return to item 9 and set the time for turning off lights for the 2nd and 3rd channels.
11. If Mode 2 is selected and displayed, pressThe key and setting method are the same as Mode 1, the difference is that latitude and longitude control plus or minus 30 minutes of toe

12. If Mode 3 is selected and displayed, pressPress the key to return to item 9 and set the second and third light off times.

7、 Attention:
1. During the above setting process, except for the maintenance state, if there is no button press for 30 seconds, the controller will resume automatic operation and display the current time.
2. Factory settings: The default state is Output-3, which is a 3-channel control. When the user powers on the system, it automatically starts working. The first channel is automatically controlled according to the preset control mode Mode-1 time. The second and third channels have the same lighting time as the first channel. The second channel's lighting time is preset at 3:30 am, and the third channel's lighting time is preset at 1:30 am.
