Structure of sand and dust prevention test box body:
(1) Inner container size: The inner container is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is made of galvanized plate electrostatically sprayed. The door of the test chamber is equipped with an observation window, and the lower part of the door is an electrical control area. The talc powder simulating sand and dust is placed in the hopper at the lower part of the test chamber. Using a circulating fan and an automatic shaker, talc powder is blown into the upper part of the working chamber through a 75 micron square hole mesh, promoting the formation of high-density dust mist in the test space, and the test sample is tested. A visible glass door with a dust scraper for easy observation of the condition of the tested sample inside the test chamber. The bottom of the test chamber is made of high-quality fixed PU movable wheels, and there is a dust replacement device at the bottom of the test chamber;
(2) The sand and dust prevention test chamber is equipped with a vertical circulation airflow carrying dust. The dust used in the test can be recycled. The entire air duct is made of imported stainless steel plates, and the bottom of the air duct is connected to the conical hopper interface. The inlet and outlet of the fan are directly connected to the air duct. Then, the top diffuser of the working chamber is connected to the working chamber body at an appropriate position to form an "O" - shaped closed vertical dust circulation system, so that the airflow can flow smoothly and the dust can be dispersed evenly to the maximum extent. A single high-power low-noise centrifugal fan is used, and the wind speed is adjusted with a frequency converter according to the test needs.
