Sand and dust testing machine
The sand and dust testing machine is used for various automotive components, low-voltage electrical appliances, motors, instruments, lighting fixtures, electronic appliances including car lights, door locks, electrical appliances, instruments, dust covers, steering systems, mobile phones, computers, and household appliances. Testing machine control system:
1. Using imported programmable logic controllers, the dust fan, dust vibration, and total test time can be controlled separately.
2. Dust prevention time (stop, blow): Choose any time setting for continuous or periodic dust prevention.
3. Vibration time: The vibration and stop vibration time automatically alternate.
4. Continuous and periodic dust prevention can be set at any time.
5. Equipped with a vacuum piping system, vacuum pressure indication and adjustable.

Test machine structure:

This sand and dust testing machine uses artificial simulation of sand and dust environment to test the dust prevention ability of the test sample. The basic structure, principle, and performance of this equipment meet the requirements of GJB150~20-86 Equipment Environmental Test Method, GB2423.37-89 Low Voltage Electrical Appliance Shell Protection Level Standard, and the 5-point requirements of IP in GB/T 4942.1-2001 standard. In addition to providing non laminar vertical circulation airflow for dust carrying, and automatically timing or continuously controlling the circulation of dust carrying airflow, it can be used for various performance tests such as sand and dust prevention, dust reduction, temperature, etc. It is an ideal equipment for sand and dust prevention testing.
