5、 Structural Design of High and Low Temperature Test Chamber

1. Inner and outer box material testing area: Inner box mirror stainless steel plate (SUS # 304), outer box SUS # 304 stainless steel plate.

2. High brightness external lighting source (Osram or Philips 13 W PL lamp)

3. Stratum structure design: effectively avoids condensation at the top of the box.

4. Observation window: Observe the use of the test sample (W * L 28 * 35 cm)

5. Window anti sweat design: electric heating device to prevent water vapor condensation (40 W)

6. Test hole: Can be used for external testing of power cords and signals (5.0 cm)

7. The position of the machine pulley is adjusted by moving it and fixing it with strong bolts (200kg/wheel)

6、 Safety precautions for high and low temperature test chambers

1. To ensure the safety of the equipment and testing, please install external protective grounding and supply power according to the requirements on the equipment nameplate;

2. The equipment is strictly prohibited from being used for testing flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive materials;

3. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble or repair;

4. The equipment should have reliable grounding;

5. Do not open the box door or enter the box unless necessary during the experiment, as it may cause personal injury and equipment malfunction;

6. The door lock of the equipment box can only be opened from the outside, and there must be someone to supervise entering the box;

7. If a heating sample is placed inside the box, please use an external power source for the sample and do not directly use the device's own power source;

8. The equipment is equipped with multiple protective measures, please check regularly;

9. When the temperature inside the box is ≥ 55 ℃, do not turn on the refrigeration compressor to ensure its long service life and normal operation;

10. When transporting products with refrigeration function, the inclination angle should not exceed 45 ℃. After placing them in place, they should be left to stand for 1-2 days before starting up, which is beneficial for the refrigeration system to work normally and extend its service life;

11. Do not open/close the product box door by gravity, otherwise it may cause the box door to fall off, resulting in product damage and injury accidents;

12. When the product is not used for a long time, regular moisture removal treatment should be carried out to avoid damaging the relevant components;

13. When handling products, care should be taken to avoid damaging vulnerable components such as instruments on the panel;

14. Please read the attached documents carefully before operating this device;

15. This test chamber does not have explosion-proof devices and cannot be filled with flammable and explosive materials for drying
