product description

Several problems that may occur during the use of stainless steel insulated water tanks. Stainless steel insulated water tanks refer to those with insulation materials as the core layer, stainless steel water tanks as the inner layer, and ordinary stainless steel plates as the outer layer. The optimized combination of inner and outer stainless steel layers and core layer forms a stainless steel water tank. Stainless steel insulated water tanks may encounter several problems during use, such as corner leakage. The molded plate corner is sealed by argon arc welding after the cold stamping of the plate is completed. Due to the special location, the welding difficulty in this area is high, and leakage is prone to occur. Leakage usually occurs during the pressure test after the water tank is blocked and difficult to eliminate. The main tension bar of the water tank is subjected to pressure loads in the horizontal direction of the shell. If the quality of the welded joint is poor, under the comprehensive action of the load, the main tension bar is prone to excessive plastic deformation and fracture. Tearing of molded plate: If the quality of the welded joint and the strength of the main tension bar are guaranteed, a common problem during use is that the bottom accessory molded plate may tear due to excessive deformation, resulting in the loss of the load-bearing capacity of the water tank. The reinforcement ribs of the stainless steel insulated water tank are connected by argon arc welding joints and various folded edges of the molded plate. Its shell is prone to bulging and deformation under pressure, causing deformation of the main and diagonal ribs. When the pressure increases to its limit, it is easy to experience the phenomenon of tension and detachment. The molded plate of the unstable bottom plate water tank shell is designed to be relatively thin in order to reduce its own weight. Its bottom molded plate crown convex surface is prone to elastic instability due to pressure load, causing the crown convex surface to flip downward. Scsxccom
