　　Operation Method:
A single thick plate precision leveling machine requires 2 people to operate: 1 person manually discharges the material and automatically levels it, and 1 person connects and discharges the product at the discharge end.
　　
　　Performance characteristics:
1. This machine is a multi roll leveling machine, with leveling rollers and a diameter of ￠ 80mm. There are 13 rollers (arranged with 6 on top and 7 on bottom), and one auxiliary support roller is added to each of the upper and lower rollers.
2. The material of the feeding and leveling drum is high-quality bearing steel GCr15 material processed after quenching and tempering. The surface hardness is above HRC58 degrees after high-frequency treatment, and the drum surface is plated with hard chromium ≥ 0.05mm. The drum surface is ground and polished to prevent damage to the material product caused by the rotation and compression of the drum.
3. Leveling adjustment uses a worm gear and worm gear device to adjust the handwheel. By adjusting the downward pressure of the upper drum, the leveling accuracy of the product can be controlled. Simple adjustment can achieve the precise leveling effect of the product, and the operation is simple and convenient.
4. The leveling speed is 0-18m/min, equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, and can be manually adjusted with a knob as needed.
5. Suitable for high-precision leveling of metal sheet materials, auxiliary stainless steel pallets are installed at both the inlet and outlet of the machine for convenient handling of sheet products.
