Sigma optical machine, focusing lens for excimer laser
Product Introduction
Composed of 2 or 3 spherical lenses, corrected for spherical aberration and coma.
It can also be used as a condenser lens for the 4th harmonic (266nm) and 3rd harmonic (355nm) of KrF excimer laser (248nm) and YAG laser.
A lens with NA0.1 or less has a focal spot diameter almost close to the diffraction limit for collimated laser imaging. (ETL is below 0.25)

▶ According to customer technical specifications, hundreds of orders of magnitude can be produced in bulk.
▶ In order to protect the lens from damage caused by powder splashing during laser processing, additional protective window glass can be configured for sale.

Attention
▶ A spotlight lens enables an infinitely distant object to be imaged at the focal position, or converts a point light source into parallel light. If we want to image objects at close range, the optical performance of the lens will not be fully utilized.
▶ The incident light must enter the condenser lens from the specified direction, and the parallel light must be incident into the lens from above (engraved with upright text). If the incident light enters the lens from the opposite direction, it will cause the spherical aberration to deteriorate, the focal spot to become larger, and the image to become blurry.
▶ When used under conditions outside the designed wavelength, it leads to deterioration of spherical aberration and a decrease in transmittance.
▶ When using high-power lasers or near heat sources, it may cause an increase in the temperature of the condenser lens and a change in focal length. If used for a long time, good heat dissipation measures must be taken.
▶ This spotlight lens is not an achromatic lens and does not correct chromatic aberration.
▶ The surface reflection of the lens (4%) will result in approximately 20% transmission loss.
