Working Principle:
The operation of a conventional dehumidification unit system consists of the internal circulation of the dehumidifier (refrigerant circulation system) and the external circulation of the dehumidifier (air circulation system);
Internal circulation of dehumidifier:Through the operation of the compressor → discharging high-temperature and high-pressure gas from the exhaust port → entering the condenser for cooling → becoming low-temperature and high-pressure gas → intercepted by capillary tubes → becoming low-temperature and low-pressure liquid → evaporating and absorbing heat through the evaporator → returning to the compressor to become low-temperature and low-pressure gas, this cycle repeats.
External circulation of dehumidifier:Under normal startup conditions → through the operation of the fan → humid air is sucked in from the air inlet → passes through the evaporator → the evaporator adsorbs moisture in the air onto the aluminum sheet → becomes dry air (→ passes through the condenser for heat dissipation) → blows out from the air outlet.

4. Corrosion resistance:
Considering the high content of insecticide smoke and tar in tobacco warehouses, special anti-corrosion coatings are applied to the surfaces of heat exchangers to reduce surface ash and tar adhesion. The inner side of door panels, copper pipes, and other components are covered with insulation layers with corrosion resistance.
