Spectralon ® Diffuse reflection standard board

For any known substance, Spectralon ® Diffuse reflection standard plates can provide high diffuse reflection ratios. The typical reflectance ratio of these durable and chemically inert standard plates ranges from 2% * * * 99%, and the spectrum is flat in the UV-VIS-NIR spectral region. All Spectralon ® The optical flatness of the material in the wavelength range of 250-2500 nm is+/-4%, which is+/-1% within the spectral range.

Spectralon ® The diffuse reflection standard plate has high Lambertian characteristics, among which Spectralon ® SRM-99 reflective material is a commonly used Lambertian reflector in the wavelength range of 250-2500 nm.

All diffuse reflectance ratio calibration tests were conducted in Labsphere's reflectance spectroscopy laboratory. The reference whiteboard used for this type of testing can be directly traced back to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in the United States.

Spectralon ® The diffuse reflection standard board can be supplied separately or in a set form, the latter consisting of a standard diffuse reflection whiteboard and a selected standard diffuse reflection gray board. For each standard board, we provide complete diffuse reflectance data every 50 nm within the wavelength range of 250-2500. All standard boards are stored in durable formaldehyde resin containers with protective covers.

Standard diffuse reflection reference whiteboard set

Provide a diffuse reflection standard plate set, consisting of four or eight standard reference plates with a diameter of 1.25 or 2.00 inches. The reflection ratios of the four standard reference plates in the four sets are 99%, 75%, 50%, and 2%, respectively. The reflection ratios of the eight standard reference plates in the eight piece set are 99%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, 10%, 5%, and 2%, respectively.
