1、 Product Description

Glass ball sprinkler head is the most critical component in automatic fire extinguishing systems, used as an instrument element to detect fires and control and extinguish fires through automatic sprinkler devices. Suitable for use as a wet system for extinguishing fires in hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, warehouses, hospitals, factories, airports, and basements in medium to light hazardous buildings with a working environment temperature not lower than 4 ℃ and not higher than 70 ℃.

2、 Working principle

The working principle of this series of glass ball sprinkler heads is to use glass balls filled with organic solutions with high thermal expansion coefficients as thermal sensing elements. At room temperature, the glass ball shell can withstand a certain amount of support force to ensure the sealing of the nozzle. When a fire occurs, the temperature rises and the organic solution inside the glass ball undergoes thermal expansion, generating a large internal pressure until the outer shell of the glass ball breaks, thereby opening the nozzle to spray water.

3、 Structural characteristics

This series of glass ball sprinkler heads is assembled from a copper alloy frame, glass ball, seal, glass ball seat, fastening screws, and splash disc. Compact structure, exquisite and beautiful appearance.

This series of glass ball sprinkler heads have been inspected by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire resistant Components and meet the requirements of the national standard GB5135.1-2003 "Automatic Sprinkler Systems Part 1: Sprinklers".
