Product Introduction:

It is mainly suitable for the configuration of liquid detergent products (such as dishwashing detergent, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, etc.), integrating functions such as stirring, homogenization, heating, cooling, pump discharge, and defoaming (optional). It is currently a washing product equipment configured by manufacturers at home and abroad.

Technical features:

1. Full range wall scraping and mixing, using variable frequency speed control, can produce high-quality products with different processes according to customer requirements.

2. Diversified high-speed homogenizer, capable of quickly dissolving difficult to dissolve materials such as AES/AESA/LSA through strong mixing of solid and liquid raw materials in liquid washing production, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening production cycles.

3. The pot body is welded with three layers of stainless steel, and the tank body and pipes are mirror polished to meet GMP requirements;

3. Outside the warranty period of the equipment, only the cost of replacing the equipment will be charged, and labor fees will be waived (except for human reasons);

Verify material and configuration
