Structure and Instructions for Use:

The main framework of this machine is an insulation board, with a stainless steel water platform at the bottom. It also consists of a fan, a pneumatic diaphragm single seat regulating valve and pipeline, a thermocouple, and a wet heat spray system. When in use, the temperature of the top pipeline is introduced2Kg hot water at a pressure of 45 ℃, with stable steam pressure of not less than 0.5MPa provided externally. The temperature inside the scalding tunnel is controlled and adjusted in a timely manner through a control system. The fan sucks in warm air from the top and external air to achieve recycling. The recommended boiler parameters for this tunnel are: evaporation capacity of 6t/h, pressure of 1MPa. The steam main pipe of the scalding tunnel is DN125. When pigs are immersed in scalding in the steam scalding tunnel, the scalding effect directly affects the shaving effect. So choose different temperatures according to different pig breeds, and choose one temperature for internal three element pigs to be better groomed; Choose a temperature for the long, thick, and difficult to coat external ternary pig fur; Flower hair, red hair, and black hair are different temperatures. And the temperature for scalding pig heads and pig bodies is different, the temperature required for pig heads is higher. The temperature for perming may vary depending on the season, ranging from 60 ℃ to 65 ℃.
