The determination of surface carbon concentration is a special requirement for quality control in the production of metals and metal processing industries. The ELTRA SC 800 analyzer is specialized in determining the surface carbon concentration of various solid samples, with a magnitude of up to 1000 μ g/cm2.

The ELTRA SC 800 is equipped with a resistance furnace and quartz tubes for oxide analysis, with a temperature of up to 1000 ℃ and adjustable to 1 ℃.

The carrier gas for ELTRA SC 800 is generally oxygen.

The detection system of ELTRA SC 800 is very sensitive, reliable, and has a long lifespan. It can be customized according to user requirements. Two independent infrared detection tanks are used for accurate measurement of surface carbon concentration at a large scale.
