Product Details

The thermal conductivity flow switch is designed using the principle of thermal diffusion. Thermal diffusion technology is a technology that performs well and has high reliability under harsh conditions. Its typical sensing element includes two thermistors. When these two thermistors are placed in a fluid, one is heated and the other is used to sense the temperature of the medium. The temperature difference between two thermistors is related to the flow rate and properties of the medium. When the heating power is constant, the temperature difference between the two thermistors is a function of the mass flow rate. The circuit module can detect fluid flow by detecting the temperature difference between two thermal resistors, output a 4-20mA signal or control relay action, and use LED lights to indicate the current flow rate.

The TDF flow sensor can monitor the liquid flow and temperature in the pipeline in real time, providing a 4-20mA flow signal and alarm switch output. It also uses digital LED to display the fluid flow rate and temperature in real time, and can set the alarm output through the header to achieve integrated monitoring of flow in the pipeline.
