1、 Equipment Overview:

The TK8509 edge compression ring compression strength testing machine is specifically designed for corrugated cardboard boxes and other packaging materials, conducting various paper and cardboard quality tests such as ring compression (RCT), flat compression (FCT), edge compression (ECT), bonding (PAT), and general compression strength (CMT). It is a testing equipment that combines multiple functions. Due to the transportation needs of industrial packaging products, cardboard boxes will be stacked up, so the tolerance of weight load depends on the performance of the cardboard. This testing machine is equipped with various fixture accessories, which can test the ring compression strength of the raw paper, the flat/edge compression strength of the cardboard, and the bonding strength, so that paper packaging and other production enterprises can screen materials and design packaging based on test data, improve packaging material quality and control costs.

2、 Performance characteristics:

After the test is completed, there is an automatic return function that automatically determines the crushing force and saves the test data;

★ Can input relevant data and automatically convert the ring compression strength, edge compression strength, and built-in packaging stacking test function;

★The force and time can be directly set, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed;

★ The display adopts a large monochrome LCD screen with a 192 × 64 dot matrix, which can display more information;

★ Standard printing parallel port and RS232 serial port, can be connected to micro printers, computers or other devices;

★ Memory and storage function: At the end of the experiment, the maximum force during the experiment can be automatically displayed and memorized, and up to 20 test results can be recorded.
