The TK8681 abrasion resistance testing machine is designed according to relevant standards such as DIN-53754, TAPPI-T476, ASTM-D1044, ISO-5470, QB/T2726-2005, and is suitable for abrasion resistance testing of leather, fabrics, coatings, paper, floor tiles, plywood, glass, natural rubber, etc.
The test method is to cut the specimen with a standard cutter, use a specified type of grinding wheel, and load a certain weight to wear it. After reaching the specified speed, the specimen is taken out and the condition after grinding or the difference between the weight before and after the test is observed. The formula for calculating the wear index is: wear loss weight/test rotation number x 1000.
