Overview
The Tengyu chicken neck skinning production line is a new product developed and improved by our company. From the manufacturing of components, the adjustment of distance between rollers, the coordination between transmission bearings, to the precision processing of welding and assembly, all have been carefully designed and repeatedly debugged by a skilled team. The device is designed reasonably, has a tight structure, runs smoothly, and is easy to operate. It is composed of a chicken neck thawing pool, a chicken neck lifting machine, a chicken neck peeling machine, a neck skin discharging machine, and other supporting combinations. The peeling speed is fast, the neck skin is intact and bright, saving a lot of labor and reducing production costs. All equipment is filmed on-site in the workshop and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Tengyu Chicken Neck Peeling Production Line Workflow:
1: Chicken Neck Thawing Pool
Pour the frozen chicken necks into a thawing pool filled with water, and use high-pressure bubbles to quickly stir the water. The chicken necks collide and rub against each other in the thawing pool to achieve rapid thawing. The thawed chicken neck is uploaded onto the conveyor belt and enters the feeding elevator compartment.
2: Chicken neck automatic feeding machine
The chicken neck conveyor chain is automatically fed without manual arrangement, with uniform feeding and stable speed
3: Chicken Neck Peeling Machine
The neck skin is removed by roller squeezing, and the peeling thickness can be adjusted freely. The complete peeling rate is 99%, and the peeled neck skin is intact and shiny. It can peel 1.5-2T per hour.
4: Neck and leather discharge hoist
After peeling the chicken neck, the neck and skin are separately discharged by two elevators and sorted before being directly packaged and stored in the warehouse.
