4Ultra high temperature instantaneous sterilization machinePrinciple and structural characteristics

The liquid material is preheated by being pumped into the double coil by the feed pump, and then quickly heated by the high-pressure drum filled with steam. After being held for more than three seconds, the bacteria contained in the liquid material are immediately killed. At this point, the temperature of the liquid material can be displayed on the thermometer. After the hot material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material through a double set of coils, so the discharge temperature can be significantly reduced, generally lower thanAt 65 ℃, if certain materials require a higher temperature for the next process, the angle shut-off valve can be opened to supplement heating. If further cooling is required, ice water (1-2 ℃) can be connected. The discharge is carried out through a throttle valve, which can maintain the material under a certain pressure, so that its boiling point is higher than the maximum heating temperature. During normal production, it is adjusted, and the flow rate is controlled by the thrust of the pump to overcome the "back pressure" generated by the spring pressure. It is fully opened during washing, and the circulation storage tank can be used to prepare chemical detergent for circulating washing of the wall deposits of the coil.
