Unit Overview:
Dehumidifier is a series of refrigeration and dehumidification equipment developed by our company based on more than 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing refrigeration dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the air. Explosion proof dehumidifier is a special dehumidification equipment designed by our company for places where there are or may be explosive gases formed by the mixture of flammable gases, vapors, and air in the temperature groups of T1 to T4, with levels IIA and IIB, and air conditioning dehumidification requirements. It is widely used in national defense engineering and petrochemical industries. The explosion-proof dehumidifier has been tested and qualified by the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center (CQSTEx), and has obtained an explosion-proof certificate with the explosion-proof mark ExdmeibIIBT4.
Working Principle:

The operation of the dehumidification unit system consists of the internal circulation of the dehumidifier (refrigerant circulation system) and the external circulation of the dehumidifier (air circulation system);

The internal circulation of a dehumidifier: through the operation of the compressor → discharging high-temperature and high-pressure gas from the exhaust port → entering the condenser for cooling → becoming low-temperature and high-pressure gas → intercepting flow through capillary tubes → becoming low-temperature and low-pressure liquid → evaporating and absorbing heat through the evaporator → returning to the compressor to become low-temperature and low-pressure gas, and so on.

External circulation of dehumidifier:Under normal startup conditions → through the operation of the fan → humid air is sucked in from the air inlet → passes through the evaporator → the evaporator adsorbs moisture in the air onto the aluminum sheet → becomes dry air (→ passes through the condenser for heat dissipation) → blows out from the air outlet.

Explosion proof dehumidifier can work normally under the following environmental conditions: altitude not exceeding 2000m; ambient temperature: low temperature dehumidifier is+5 ℃~+32 ℃, ordinary dehumidifier is+18 ℃~+32 ℃; The relative humidity of the surrounding environment is not greater than 90%; There are explosive hazardous areas where combustible gases, vapors, and air are mixed in groups T1 to T4 of IIA and IIB, and where explosive gas mixtures are present or may be present.

2. Diverse structural types:
The explosion-proof dehumidifier comes with a built-in fan, which is easy to install. It can be divided into three types according to the air inlet and outlet methods: a. front return air (grille return air), front outlet air (hood supply air), b. rear return air (flange return air), top outlet air (flange supply air), c. front return air (grille return air), top outlet air (flange supply air).

3. Fully functional:
Explosion proof dehumidifiers have three functional types: heating type, temperature regulating type, and cooling type. Among them, heating dehumidifiers are mainly used for dehumidification and do not have cooling function, so they are suitable for dehumidification places without temperature requirements;
The temperature regulating dehumidifier integrates dehumidification and cooling functions, and its cooling capacity is adjustable, making it particularly suitable for dehumidification places with large changes in thermal load. A cooling dehumidifier has a cooling function while dehumidifying, but its cooling capacity cannot be adjusted, making it suitable for dehumidification situations with high heat loads and no requirements for relative humidity.

The compressor and main refrigeration components are all products from internationally renowned brands. Through scientific and rational optimization design of the refrigeration system, the unit has low noise, reliable operation, and high energy efficiency.

5. Heat exchanger:
The water side heat exchanger is a shell and tube heat exchanger, using high-efficiency heat exchange tubes; The air side heat exchanger is a copper tube aluminum fin heat exchanger, manufactured using the OAK heat exchanger CNC production line imported from the United States. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, good pressure resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency.

6. Environmentally friendly working fluid,"green"Concept:
The unit uses R22 refrigerant that meets the requirements of the national plan to phase out CFCs, which is beneficial to the global environment. The company can also customize dehumidifiers with HFC working fluids such as R407c and R134a according to user requirements.

7. Shell:
The unit adopts the popular high-strength aluminum profile frame at home and abroad; The bent parts are processed using Japanese AMADA CNC equipment and have excellent appearance quality. The unit adopts an assembled structure, which is compact, aesthetically pleasing, and highly modern.

8. Control method:
The heating dehumidifier and cooling dehumidifier are controlled by professional microcomputers, and the unit can automatically start and stop according to the user's set relative humidity or temperature.

9. The temperature regulating dehumidifier adopts high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) and Chinese text display for control, with good reliability and high control accuracy. As long as the user sets the required temperature and humidity control range, the unit can automatically operate in the humidity priority mode.

10. Optional network functions:
The unit can achieve group control function of the local area network dehumidifier through PROFIBUS bus, and can also connect the equipment to a remote computer through a modem or Ethernet module. Data exchange can be carried out using the Internet to remotely monitor and analyze faults of the unit, helping you quickly and accurately predict and eliminate faults.

11. Multiple protections:
The unit is equipped with overload, short circuit, phase loss, overheating, high voltage, low voltage protection, as well as interlocking protection for fans, water pumps, and fire dampers.
