Thermistor thermometer GA2700- Germany
A resistance thermometer is a temperature measuring device made by utilizing the property that the resistance of a conductor changes with temperature. Usually, pure platinum filaments are wound around mica or ceramic frames to prevent excessive strain during cooling shrinkage of the platinum filaments. In some special cases, a metal wire can be wound around the substance to be measured at a certain temperature, or inserted into the substance being measured. When measuring extremely low temperatures, carbon small resistors or germanium crystals infiltrated with arsenic can also be sealed in a tube filled with helium gas. Connect the platinum wire coil to one arm of the Wheatstone bridge, and use a variable resistor and two dummy load resistors in the other arm to compensate for the temperature effect of the wire measuring the coil.

A resistance thermometer is a thermometer that measures temperature based on the variation of conductor resistance with temperature. The commonly used resistance thermometers use temperature sensing elements made of metal wire winding, mainly including platinum resistance thermometers and copper resistance thermometers, as well as carbon, germanium, and rhodium iron resistance thermometers at low temperatures. The precision platinum resistance thermometer is currently the most accurate thermometer, with a temperature coverage range of about 14-903K and an error as low as one ten thousandth of a degree Celsius. It is a benchmark thermometer that can reproduce practical temperature scales. China still uses first-class and second-class standard platinum resistance thermometers to transmit temperature scales, and uses them as standards to calibrate mercury thermometers and other types of thermometers. It is divided into metal resistance thermometers and semiconductor resistance thermometers, both of which are made based on the characteristic that the resistance value changes with temperature. Metal thermometers are mainly made of pure metals such as platinum, gold, copper, nickel, as well as rhodium iron and phosphor bronze alloys; Semiconductor thermometers mainly use carbon, germanium, etc. Resistance thermometers are convenient and reliable to use, and have been widely used. Its measurement range is around -260 ℃ to 600 ℃.
