Three phase four wire 35kV high-voltage transformer
Product Introduction:
JLSZW-35 dry high voltage metering box with instrument box, commonly known as high voltage metering box, is used in 50-60HZ AC three-phase system network. The product is connected by V/V to form a three-phase energy measurement device. The instrument box can be installed separately for safety and easy meter reading, or it can be installed on the front of the box as a whole. Users can freely choose according to their needs. This product consists of a combination transformer and a measuring instrument box. The combination transformer is composed of two voltage transformers and two current transformers assembled together.

Usage and precautions
1. If this product is used to measure the electricity of branch lines or to assess line losses, it can be used for measurement
The box is installed on the bracket of the electric pole.
When used to measure the high voltage side electricity of power transformers, it can be installed on the same platform as the transformer or on a pole.
2. When the phase sequence of the newly installed and running metering box is found to be reversed, there will be a phenomenon where the active energy meter still rotates forward and the reactive energy meter reverses, causing metering errors. To ensure accurate metering of the metering box, any two high-voltage sides of the metering box should be swapped and the metering box should be switched to positive phase sequence.
3. When this product is used for measuring electricity in a two-phase one ground power line, the ground should be connected to phase B of the measuring box, and the other two phases should be connected in positive phase sequence to prevent additional measurement errors.
When lifting the product, the lifting rod on the fuel tank must be used.
4. The secondary terminal b of the combined transformer and the grounding bolt on the oil tank should be reliably grounded to avoid accidents.
Main structure of the product Three phase four wire 35kV high-voltage transformer

1. This product consists of a combination transformer and a measuring instrument box. The combination transformer is composed of two voltage transformers and two current transformers assembled together. The measuring instrument box is equipped with D86 series three-phase electricity meters and safety devices. For one-way measurement, one active electricity meter and one reactive electricity meter are equipped. For two-way measurement, two active electricity meters and two reactive electricity meters are equipped.
2. The iron core of the voltage transformer is of the outer iron type, which is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets stacked together. The central column is in a multi-stage stepped shape, and primary and secondary coils are installed on the central column.
3. The core of the current transformer is of the inner iron type, which is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets stacked together, and primary and secondary coils are installed on the core column.
4. Use the conductive rod inside the porcelain sleeve to connect the primary leads of the voltage and current transformers for wiring purposes. The voltage and current transformers are fixed on the support plate, which is lifted onto the box cover through a support rod and immersed in transformer oil.
The high-voltage lead sleeve and secondary lead sleeve are installed on the box cover, and the oil tank side is equipped with a drain plug grounding bolt.
The instrument box is installed on the front of the fuel tank, with an observation window and lead seal holes.
5. The compound ratio measuring box adopts a secondary replacement ratio compound, which facilitates more indirect and efficient work when changing ratios.
6. The principle of complex ratio measurement adopts V/V-12 wiring method, with the secondary point b in the voltage circuit grounded, and the tail end of the secondary circuit of phase A.C current in the current circuit grounded. Inside the complex ratio measuring box, point b at the end of the current secondary circuit and the end of the voltage secondary circuit are connected as one point, but not grounded. When measuring with an electric meter, point (b) should be reliably grounded.
